The following Terms and Conditions constitute a binding agreement between you and Goldweathers LLC (referred to as “Goldweathers,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”). These Terms and Conditions outline the terms on which We supply any of our products (“Product(s)”) listed on our website www.goldweathers.com (the “Website”).

By purchasing from Our Website, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept these terms, you may not purchase any Products.

1. Orders & Acceptance

1.1 Order Placement

  • Your order is an offer to purchase the selected Product(s).

  • After placing an order, you will receive an Order Confirmation email, but this does not confirm acceptance of your order.

  • The contract is only formed once we send you a Dispatch Confirmation or deliver the Product(s) to you.

1.2 Order Refusal

We reserve the right to refuse any order if:

  • The Product is unavailable.

  • We cannot process your payment.

  • There is a pricing or description error.

  • You do not meet the eligibility criteria.

2. Product & Service Availability

  • Goldweathers products are available for sale and shipment to select regions.

  • Orders placed outside of available regions may be canceled and refunded.

3. Payment & Pricing

3.1 Pricing

  • All prices are in USD/AED/EUR and include applicable VAT where required.

  • We reserve the right to change pricing at any time.

3.2 Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Your payment will be processed at the time of checkout, and you will receive an email confirmation once successful.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • If your order is delayed, you will be notified by email.

4.1 Ownership & Risk

  • Ownership of the Product transfers to you upon full payment.

  • Risk of loss or damage transfers to you upon delivery.

5. Returns & Refunds

5.1 Return Eligibility

  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Software licenses, digital goods, and customized Products cannot be returned.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

5.2 Defective Products

  • If a Product is defective, contact support@goldweathers.com within 7 days of delivery for an inspection and replacement.

  • Goldweathers is not responsible for damage caused by misuse or unauthorized modifications.

6. Subscription & Renewal Terms

  • Some Goldweathers products require an annual subscription or licensing fee to access updates, new features, and customer support.

  • Automatic Renewal: Unless canceled, subscriptions will renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle using the payment method on file.

  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellations apply to the next billing cycle; no refunds are issued for the current period.

  • Non-Payment & Suspension: Failure to complete payment for a renewal may result in service suspension or termination.

7. Support & Maintenance Policies

  • Goldweathers provides customer support for eligible products through email and online support channels during standard business hours.

  • Response times vary based on the severity of the issue but typically range between 24 to 72 hours.

  • Goldweathers is not responsible for issues caused by unauthorized modifications, misuse, or external factors beyond our control.

8. Data & Analytics Access

8.1 Manager Insights Include:

✔ Operational response times – Track efficiency.
✔ Peak usage periods – Optimize workflow during high-demand hours.
✔ Performance analytics – Analyze staff workload and consistency.
✔ User behavior trends – Identify preferences.
✔ Device activity reports – Monitor engagement.

  • Managers have full dashboard access, while staff have limited access based on assigned roles.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Goldweathers is not liable for business losses, indirect damages, or operational disruptions caused by the use of Our Products.

  • Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the Product.

10. Indemnification Clause

By using Goldweathers products and services, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Goldweathers LLC, its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

  • Your misuse of Goldweathers products or services

  • Violations of these Terms and Conditions

  • Unauthorized modifications or integrations with third-party systems

  • Legal disputes arising from your use of Goldweathers solutions

This indemnification obligation will continue beyond the termination of these Terms and Conditions.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

  • Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai courts.

12. Changes to Terms & Conditions

  • We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
